What you pay for.

Five components, each agreed in advance.

Platform tier
Annual subscription for Essentials, Professional or Enterprise. Includes all reviewers and all capabilities in the tier.
Processing capacity
An annual allowance of pages processed, included in the tier. Additional capacity is available in blocks, agreed before use.
Enterprise capability
Single sign-on, customer-managed keys, SIEM integration, private networking and service levels, included in the relevant tier.
Implementation
A fixed-fee onboarding covering tenant setup, policy configuration, reason templates, reviewer training and a first supported case.
Optional managed support
Redactics Managed: our review team working in your tenant under your policy, priced per case or as a monthly retainer.

Allowances, overage and terms.

What happens if we exceed our processing allowance?
You are notified at 75% and 90% of the allowance. Nothing is processed beyond it until you choose: add a capacity block at the agreed rate, or hold. You can also set a maximum annual spend in the platform, and we will not exceed it.
How is a page counted?
A page is one page of a document, one email message, or one spreadsheet sheet, after deduplication. Attachments count as their own pages. Duplicates are grouped and counted once.
Do we pay per user or per reviewer?
No. Every tier includes unlimited reviewers, administrators and read-only auditors.
What does implementation include?
Tenant setup in your chosen region, single sign-on where included, configuration of categories, reason templates and retention policies, reviewer training and support through your first case. It is a fixed fee agreed in the proposal.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. Qualified organisations can run a real SAR pilot in their own tenant before committing. The pilot report includes an indicative business case.
Is there a minimum term?
Annual subscriptions are the standard term. Public sector customers can align the term to their financial year or framework requirements.
How do you handle AI costs?
They are inside the processing allowance. You never see token counts, and model costs do not appear on your invoice.
