What if my document set has more than 1,000 pages?
Every page after the first 1,000 costs 20p. The total is shown before processing starts, and nothing is charged until you confirm it.
Do I need a subscription?
Not for self-service use. You pay for the document sets you process. Talk to us if you would like a volume arrangement.
Does Redactics decide what can be released?
No. Redactics identifies and redacts personal information automatically. Whether a document can be disclosed, and under which rules, is a decision for your organisation, made after review and before export.
Where are documents processed?
On Microsoft Azure, in UK or EU regions where configured. The Trust Centre describes the architecture, residency, encryption, retention and deletion controls.
