The problem
Reviewing in Outlook and Adobe means opening files one at a time, keeping track in a spreadsheet, and hoping that two reviewers treat the same kind of finding the same way. Progress is hard to see and easy to lose.
How Redactics handles it
The review workspace shows findings by person, category and confidence, prioritised by what needs human judgement. Each finding is shown with its source, its context and the decision options. Clear-cut findings can be decided in bulk, with an individual record kept for each. Cases can be assigned, commented on and signed off by a second reviewer.
