The problem

Emails and spreadsheets do not record who looked at what, when a decision was changed, or why. When a case is reviewed by a regulator or a court, the team is reconstructing events from memory.

How Redactics handles it

Every action in a Redactics case is written to an append-only log: what was collected, what was extracted, how people were resolved, who viewed which source, what was decided, what changed and what was exported. The log is readable by people and exportable for regulators, auditors or courts.
