The problem.
Scanned correspondence, photographed forms and handwritten notes are invisible to search. In social care, HR and health files they are often where the most sensitive information sits, and the only way to redact them by hand is to read every page.
What Redactics does.
Redactics converts printed and handwritten pages into text using Azure AI Document Intelligence, with a confidence score for every word, so detection and redaction cover scans as well as born-digital files. Passages below your threshold are queued for a person to check against the original image, side by side. The original is always retained.
