Scanned correspondence, photographed forms and handwritten notes are invisible to search. In social care, HR and health files they are often where the most sensitive material sits, and the only way to review them manually is to read every page.
How Redactics handles it
Redactics converts printed and handwritten pages into searchable text using Azure AI Document Intelligence, with a confidence score for every word. Passages below your threshold are queued for a person to verify against the original image, side by side. The original is always retained and can be disclosed alongside the transcription.
